Heat n glo fireplace fire goes out after a while after 20 min or sometimes up to 1 hour but pilot stays on. Any air in the line should be looooong gone. You need to remember to turn it counterclockwise. It should say on until i manually turn it off i found that when i first light it the burners stay lit for maybe 15 20 mins.
